Pure Bliss
Laying in bed I feel at home.
Your art navigates me on your skin,
A map so I never get lost.
My hair is on end.
Energy radiates off of us,
Even though we aren't touching.
Cold steel contrasts our body heat.
Scars distort our "perfection"
But it is our past and we wear them proud.
This place is our escape.
Solitude with you is pure bliss.
And as our bodies mold together
Well fall into simple happiness.
Holding each other,
Praying we never have to let go.
