Firefly Darkness

It is the darkness that wakes me in the night
I await my friends to carry me with their light
For it is their responsibility to make sure I can see
To pull from my seams in which my soul is now free
Free from the bondage that linked soul to frame
My friends are my torch that smolders with a flame
That cannot be stopped by demons and their lies
For I have Fireflies that are my angels in disguise
