Old memories haunt me,
They tear me up inside.
The guy I use to be,
No longer wants to hide.
This anger builds up,
It's ready to crawl out of my skin.
I pray for God to lift this cup,
Please relieve me from this devil within.
Why do I feel alone?
Why have you forsaken me?
Happiness is no where to be shown.
Seems like joy comes with a fee.
