Enough Struggle
Run faster, throw harder, swing fuller
It’s a constant struggle
One in which winning, isn’t all of the puzzle
Math forth block, yet with every trace of the ruler, I see baseball on my clock
Injury prone no longer, my elbow is what has been bothered
So what now?
Sit inside waste away?
Baseballs my life
I hate it and love it what can I say
Disdaining the training
But in love with the glove
I want to play but can’t
Baseball my one true love
