Dark skies and bright lights
with smoke in the air
horns honking, people shouting
the rush of the big city
Dirty ground and tall buildings
overwhelming, overjoyed, and obsessed
by the big city
Seems like it never ends
stores and shops line the streets
cars at stand still
the excitement of the city
Street performers and people selling souvenirs
tourist buying and watching it all
with no time to spare
people pushing and shoving
Wind whistles by singing
