Wrong

They say there's something wrong,
something wrong about me.
Or is the wrong
within me?
It all depends on what they mean
by wrong.
I could be perfectly fine
depending on the connotation.
Okay, I admit it.
There is something immensely
wrong about myself,
or within me.
My brain, my heart,
my emotions, my sight,
my everything;
they're all wrong.
By wrong, I mean I'm ill,
not physically,
but mentally.
I'm wrong.
I actually, think there's
nothing wrong at all about me.
Wouldn't all mentally ill people
say this though?
