Message in a Bottle
A Tempest descended, a deafening blow,
Tossing vagabond souls to and fro
Some to Heaven some to Hell,
Some to be lost and scattered
A desert Island the new Prison
Life with constant affliction
Save for one tiny hope
A vessel of glass to brave and cope
Softly, deftly the ocean swells and sways
Violent, vicious, the sea engulfs its prey
Still the vessel continues on its course
With message safely entrapped
Finally the collision of sea and land
Resounding in a wild clash upon the sand
The frothy white waves swept the tale of a lost man
To the bare feet right where the journey began
