Food for mermaids
Do I, Do I
swim below
past the sunken ship
with treasure
to a place I call home
My golden tail flips
sending rainbows of light
that collide with the glossy
walls
And us Mers go out to play
to sing the song of the siren
with no words reveled
for thousands of years
Make them jump off the high mast
so us mermaids can devour
the innocent souls
to bring happiness
down below.
