I am a Dancer
I am hair tightly wrapped
to the top of my neck
I am twirling on the tips of my toes,
knees straight, shoulders back
I am a suit that conforms with my body,
a sheer black skirt flowing in the direction I go
I am sore muscles, toes must be pointed at all times,
squeezing everything together
I am slipping across a floor until
my legs make a straight line
I am two toned, legs always being tanner
than the rest of my body
I am effortlessly gliding across the floor
