The past is already written
It is something you cannot change
Do not live in it
Just simply turn the page

Your life is a book
You write it out
Believe in yourself
Even when you're in doubt

The past is the past
Something you don't need to reread
I hope you take this warning
And make it something you head

The best is yet to be
You've been living in the past too long
Believe me when I say this
It's time to move on
