Within this planet of givens,
rests a scale beyond thought
But we learn, transcending this space
how little our senses have caught!
To think we are omniscient
When beyond lies a cosmos so hazy!
To hesitate to stretch into the light
Is it that we're simply so lazy?
Above us eternally thrives
the seductive depths of obscurity
If our hearts don't dare to brighten
aren't we diverging from the path to sublimity?
