The Eyes That Could Only Belong To You MAG
Glittering, shining, deceiving as they come
Dark as night; bright as sun
Green, gold, brown and blue
The eyes that could only belong to you
Secrets hidden, buried deep
Thoughts never shared, and not yours
to keep
Lightning, clouds, thunder, rain
Never ever yielding, never speaking of the shame
Moons and stars and trees, magnificent
Intelligent beyond what humans comprehend
Misty, clear, fog, dew
Shattered glass in the eyes that could only belong to you
Purple haze, white, gray
The light of night; the dark of day
Shining, sparkling, open, guarded
Soft as wool, yet steely hard
Shaped like almonds, diamonds, opals, bells
Sweet as heaven; hot as hell
Remorse, amoral, present, past
Slow as a snail; Arabian fast
Misery, joy, flowers, bare
Never seems to break a stare
Blinking never, winking always
The knowing of nights, the power of days
Young, ancient, infinite wisdom
The eyes that could only belong to you
