How do you do it?
cut the one person
that you have always known,
always looked up to,
from your life forever.
How can it be easy?
the unbearable anguish that you feel,
that you know you are inflicting,
that tears the lives we live
apart.
How will it end?
This twisted story,
with no resolution
but the tragedy we have accustomed ourselves to.
And is it even worth it?
