Untimely Death
You lie there cold
No breath can be taken
You have no feeling
There is nothing left for you
Your time is done
Even though it shouldn’t be
You are twelve today
Your life was quick
Some say they will not forget
But they can’t remember your face
You are a lost voice
No one will hear your scream for life
Six feet under you lay untouched
Your life should go on but
It was stolen by your untimely death
I bet you would like to know the tragedy
But I cannot speak to tell the tale
You will never know,
As long as I lay here in this hole
