The Unharmed Beauty
Stare at the sunset,
It’s flaming colors,
Seep into the daylight sky’s,
Oceanic blue blood,
The fire races across that,
Blue bloodied sky,
Like a stallion,
Running in a field of snow,
Waiting for the warm summer,
The sunset is like a black hole,
Once it has burnt the sky,
It sucks it all in,
And takes it’s last breath for the day,
With all of the weight of the heavens,
Lingering in the heart of it,
It sinks completely,
Submersing the earth with darkness,
The moon rises,
Showing her beauty,
Gleaming like a pearl,
Among the diamond-like stars,
That are strung together,
To create the necklace,
That lies on the earth’s shoulders,
Because it is untouched,
And unharmed,
By the human hand.
