Drive
The world can be so large
But not here in the car
Driving down the empty roads
The soft noise of the radio
Beside me you sing
So softly in tune
And the noise of the car
The gentle hum
As it runs along the roads
Maybe a little too fast
And it’s all dark outside the windows
Like there’s nothing
Just the car
Speeding down the curving back roads
Oh can’t we just keep driving
No, don’t go home now
Let’s drive forever
Together in the dark
Don’t let this night end
