It’s killing me.
From the inside out.
I’m withering away.
But already I’m nothing.
It’s torturing me.
Every day the pain is fresh.
The wounds open wider.
And the torment never relents.
It’s following me.
No matter how hard I try.
No distractions are adequate.
It always finds a way to hurt me.
It’s consumed me.
Always the center of my thoughts.
And I will never stop going back.
My only antidote is my poison.
