Nothing else in our closets other than
Choir and competition T-shirts and sweatshirts
Polos and black dressy pants
Black Flats and character shoes

Yes, we do eat, breathe, and sleep music
Classical, broadway, jazz, pop, musical theatre, we execute them all
Some more than others
But we tend to reluctantly attend concerts because were not prepared
Even after working for months on end on the material performed

They say we have no friends outside of choir
But say we are the most outgoing and friendly of anyone they know
Trying to make everyone join our activity in the shove-it-down-your-throat sort of way
Obnoxious and emotional as we might be
Were the closest to a family-like community an activity can get
