Miles apart like The Big Red Apple
And the glitzy lights of Hollywood
The tall Space Needle
And the famous Tea Cups of Disney World
The flowing corn fields of Kansas
And The Pike of Pete in Colorado
We’re miles apart like New York’s Lady
And Paris’ Pointy Tower with the cute restaurant at the top.
But why does this matter you may ask?
Well, it doesn’t
Because with two minds
And two hearts
Two people can come together as one
And make a difference.
Distance is just a number
That can’t and won’t tear love apart
As long as you keep trying.
