Run but Never Hide
I sit alone with nothing to hold. I hear voices in the dark they scream in my ear while I try to sleep. They scream my name and without a trace of truth they follow in my footsteps. I try to hide but what they yell is you can run but you can't hide. I cry inside as I don't show feeling. I sit in an empty room that feels fool of death and some say end of my days. There is no way out as I sit in this emptiness. I never knew that an empty room could be so loud. I hold on to what I feel inside for I have none to share. I can run but I can't hide. So I shall do just that I will run but never hide.
