"Whatever then is Beauty?"

As if to intend a playful mockery

because she knew as well as me...

 

'Tis it not the spark of fantasy in thee?

The necessary eau-de-vie-

The cure to all ennui-

The resonance of the artist's plea-

Is it not proof of She?
