No Quiet,Never Alone
I can’t sleep
My thoughts are clogging up my brain
All I can do is think
But they are thoughts I don’t want to be thinking
I tried the Buddhist meditation
One- Inhale. Two- Exhale.
Over and over.
One, two, three, four, five, six-seven-eight-nine-ten.
That kept my mind counting
But only for a while
It only pushed my thoughts to the back
I can hear them
Whispering
I just want my brain to stop
Just for a minute
