Every day is a game,
Will you hit me or will I stay?
The cards control my fate.
Continue to gamble away.
Come on, raise the stakes,
Throw another chip on the stack.
Flop, turn and river,
Deal me my Jack.
I’m calling Lady Luck,
My angel of the slots.
You play better when you’re numb,
So down another shot.
You’re betting on my heart,
Playing with the best.
Leave with what you’ve taken,
Leave me with the rest.
My life is just like Vegas,
I lose more than what I had.
I’m not sure how to play.
