Inscribing my happiness twist,
Day by day adding something,
On my joy list.

Melody and laughter as the days went on,
Shrill joy that I bore,
Pinching silence then did roar.

Prayers for peace under morning star,
On my bed for next day war,
Life went by, days rolled,
Counting the items on my scroll,

My each desire,
Which has respired,
Resting on my palm,
Made me realize, in the twilight,
Has never made me calm.

But i never laid it down,
From my tired hands,
