Leaning back against the fence
Looking at the sunset in the distance
Standing with your arms around me
Could it be true, please let it be
Been waiting for the moment to call you mine
Been waiting for the moment to be first in line
Because when you come around
My feet lift off the ground
I feel like I am soaring away
With you and me in another day
Just waiting for the moment to call you and me us
But now suddenly the picture is fading to dust
And I realize you and me
Still isn’t reality
Once again last in line
Waiting for the day for you to be mine
