I Am a Child at Heart, Nature’s Daughter
I am a child at heart, nature’s daughter
I wonder what lies ahead
I hear the wind whistle in the trees
I see what the world once was
I want to make man see nature
I pretend that I can save nature from mankind
I feel the world coming to an end
I touch the earth
I worry when she might fade
I cry when I see the smog
I am a child at heart, nature’s daughter
I understand the wolf’s cry
I say what isn’t heard
I dream that one day nature will rule once again
I try to make it happen
I hope to make it happen
I am a child at heart, nature’s daughter
