After You
I sit in the dark, All by myself,
I can’t help but think, He loves someone else.
The tears drip down, My once happy face,
I’m stuck in the memories, We had in this place.
Interlaced fingers, And hearts on our hands,
Sharpie designs of your name on my Vans.
Piggy back rides and over-done hugs,
Those are the memories that I’ll always love.
So I’ll just sit in this room, And cry to myself,
Please don’t be in love with someone else.
