Bruised And Abuised
Who do you run to?
Where do you hide?
Do you scream it to the world or keep it trapped inside.
Down the path of life, it will explode out
Random people will take you to a family who knows what love is all about
Confused and lost
As if the moon were crying for the stars
People only see you for the bruises on your arms
You will never be the same
Because you only see the world with tears in your eyes
And your biological parents only hit you and tell you lies
Your new family tries to comfort the truth
But some bruises never fade away
The pain will always stay
As you shed another tear from your eye.
