Lost joy
Ringing bells of light
into the distant horizon I hear,
a forgotten sound of joy,
that quickly disappears
Thunder and lightning
come crashing into gray
(leaving
an opportunity for my eyes to gaze
upon your changing features)
Rain like cold daggers
pierces through me,
Tears (and blood) creep between
my fingers,
until no longer I can hold onto
something
I fall but those bells, I swear,
I can still faintly hear
