The Knight
Oh, this castle is a dungeon.
these stones are concrete, cold, and blue.
These bars hold back the demons,
pure and red, the black beneath the words.
The drips drop somewhere off aways,
this window mocks the sunlight,
the abandonment of moonless nights,
where crows and gargoyles sneer with pride.
You are my fortress, prison, hell,
I lock myself and toss the key.
