Feelings to Smiles
Sometimes there may be a smile on my face,
Other times my heart just might break.
I get confused on what to feel and how to act,
Or how to REact.
Words and actions can't explain,
Though what I feel is true and plain.
Just take my smile.
Take it 'round.
Flip it over,
You get a frown.
How I feel,
Deep inside.
Is way too much
For me to hide.
But still buried,
In plain sight.
Is the pain,
The hurt, the fright.
Leave me here
All alone,
But still my smile,
Will give off a glow.
