Wishing for hope.
For change.
For Love
Wishing for the things
I don't have.
Oh how I wish
I could have these things.
I wish these walls
Would fall and set me free.
The laughter would reach
My dull green eyes.
My heart to fully mend.
Oh how I wish
I could have these things.
I wish I was accepted
By my family.
The weight to leave me.
To be called pretty
By the one I love.
Oh how I wish
I didn't have to wish
For these things.
