Heart
The pond was there, like it always is
The fish as lively as the day before
The trees whose purpose is to shade the fish
The trees who don't know their purpose
Humans have one location
The pond has many
The pond has many sections
that create a whole
And the tears are not for sorrow,
but for joy
The heart of the pond is bigger than mine
But how much heart can there be when we combine?

I like this poem (:
Very original, for one. Great metaphor. I had to reread this a couple of times to grasp the message fully. I think it can be intererted differently depending on the read. Great job!
