Broken Archer
Threw away all I had
Just to get nothing
Wondering if I should start crying
Or at least say something
Drew back my life
Like an arrow on a string
I forgot to grip the bow first
So it’s still missing
didnt’t address my target
So now I’m thinking
If I want to have a good life
First I need to start wishing,
Because the best medicine for anything
Is as simple as screaming
Tried to write a script
Of all the songs didnt’t sing
Couldn’t come up with the words
Cause I’m a bird with a broken wing
I’m going to gather my courage
And screw it to the sticking place
Let the wind take me where it wants to go
And turn this deadly winter into spring
