From time to time, the mask comes back
It says, "you're stupid, you're useless, you aint worth jack!"
The mask has vast power and a strong will
Then I fall victim, to its evil

The mask has many things to tell
As I fall under its dark spell
It tells me that I am weak
Its voice is strong, mine so meek

The mask is predator, I, its prey
With all the dirty things it has to say
It takes me, makes me sigh
It says "c'mon just give up, guy!"

Not many people can remove this pest
But those who can are some of the best
They come to me like a holy dove
These are the ones I truly love.
