You Are My Ocean
Salty sea water,
How I've missed you--
And you're hair is pretty
When its wet.
And the ocean roaring waves--
Crash!
I love your laugh
When the water hits
a dry spot on your body.
And the strength you show when
you save me from the waves and
lift
me.
I want to spend all day here
With you.
Even if it means getting my toes
Wrinkly.
The ocean dances across
Our stomachs--
Begging us to come deeper
and deeper
and deeper.
So we do.
You are my sunshine.
The salty water brings us closer.
Sunburn--
I like it--
I am like a mermaid;
I swim around you
Surrounded in the wishes of
Love
I discover new things the world
Has to offer and I don't mind
singing--
On occasion.
And I love the fact that I am like a mermaid and
I love that
The ocean will always be in my heart.
But I already have my prince,
My true love, and of course--
Legs.
