I lay awake
My thoughts pondering
All the things I need to do
More homework
Clean my room
Talk to this person
Say sorry to that person
All the things going through my mind
I worry myself
I work myself up
I shouldn’t have said this
I can’t believe they did that
Where will I go tomorrow?
What will I wear?
These pointless thoughts
Get me nowhere
Just starts to flow my many emotions
Guilt, frustration, confusion, sympathy
I won’t get to sleep
Until I clear my mind
