white dove
As I go down the ilse of church today
I see a white dove fly away
As if it had been watching or waiting on me all day
To just pass by
And say hi or thank you for stopping by
I wonder if that was God saying hello
Or just a dove sitting
Waiting to go
To go off into the dark world
Of the unknown
The white dove always there trying to show me
The right from wrong yet all I ever do
Is go not strong
Down a long path of neutral
Not wrong or right
The in between
Were you can find a little peace but also
Darkness you see
For the Dove is always guiding me
But I decide what path I go on
You see
