Strength
You’re strong
I know you’re strong
I’m not sure that you’re entirely aware of my knowledge
Because it’s all in the things you didn’t say.
I used to think that asking for help was a sign of weakness
That breaking was when you stopped imploding
And let someone know that you were hurt.
But I was wrong
Because asking for help isn’t breaking
It’s making sure you don’t
And that’s strong
You’re strong
Stronger than I could ever dream of being
