A steep incline below her feet.
The edgy rock is tumbling deep.
The birds above take a swoop,
As she tries not to move.
This drop is turned a downward way
As her ankles swerve and sway.
Then she gains balance again
And she keeps a level head.

Now she stands out by the shore
Waves push and pull her more and more
Head over heels she gets down and kneels
On the earth that slowly steals
Her balance from her feet
Her ankles swerve and sway
Then she gains balance again
And she keeps a level head.
