The Day Before...
The pale moon shines over head, casting ghostly shadows all around me.
The dim, yellow lights of the school shine along with it, turning my skin orange and my hair a fierce red.
How i wish he was here so we can both watch the dead.
How i was to see his face to ease the pain of this damned place.
Chills take over my body when those eyes gaze my way.
I cant look away from those hypnotizing pools of deep, dark brown.
How i miss the way he held me with those strong, but gentle arms.
How i miss the way he caressed my hair and whisphered softly in my ear.
I look up and close my eyes, feeling the moonlight across my face,
pretending hes there with me in this place.
But just as the sky above my head,
those are just dreams that are dead.
May they come alive, no one knows except that red head of yours.
My dear, i shall see you but this time not in fear
because for once my love
i shall set my heart free like a dove.
Expressing everything ive been wanting to say
accepting the consequences i might have to pay
a trickle of water runs down my cheek
they said there was no percipitation this week.
My eyes are open now and find the sky turning to a bright orange glow,
and the pale moon still faintly shows.
Cant wait until i see you today
for i have missed you in so many ways.
A voice calls me from afar
Time to go once again
But later i shall return so a new memory can be burned
you and i, we will be different than ever before
