My Salvation

see bright colors
swirling around me.
they are beautiful
but confusing
these are the people in my life
i see shadows
dancing across the walls
emulating me
mocking me
those are my sorrows
i see flames
licking my skin like a wildfire
warming it up
but destroying it within seconds, all gone
these are my frustrations...
i see a flash of metal,
glinting in the moonlight
taunting me with its cold touch
willing me to end it all
