Hopscotch Path
We walked to school every day
No matter what the weather
Through rain, sleet, snow and hail
We were always together
Drawing a hopscotch path in my mind
I'd hop all the way
Smitten with me very much
You suprised me one day
We lived a town away.
That's really far if you can do math
And one day to my delight
You made me a hopscotch path
I hopped all the whole way
You made me the world's happiest girl
So I'm writing this poem just to say
That you are still my whole world
