Forever Forest
A dark mist surrounds me
The full moon’s presence
Makes me shiver to the bone
In this eerie night I wander
Through the forest of wonder
As it rains and thunders
A creature walks by
So gorgeous, I must tell
So many names to call him
But only one fits him well
A panther
Oh what beauty this forest holds
Stories so ancient and old
The humans come and go
But forever it will grow
Forgive me myself
For I have done something terrible
I forgot who I was
And now in this forest I was able
To remember who I am
To know what I can do
To figure out that not matter what
I must be true
Happiness fills these quite woods
Animals dance with pleasure
Trees beam with joy
And now I have discovered a treasure
I discovered myself
