Auto-Pilot

as the plane goes up,
and my mind shuts down,
i may forever be on auto-pilot
high off the ground.
The people start to stare
but I'm programmed not to care.
your face is a mirage.
and your not really there.
everyone starts to scream,
they hope its just a dream.
this is just a metaphor
and its not exactly what it seems,
this is life through my eyes,
so see how you'd see.
this is my life
And The Plane is On E.
As the plane hits the ground,
and my mind shuts down.
i am forever on auto-pilot
high off the ground.
