Mood Rings and White Roses
Without a doubt the saddest thing I’ve seen in a long time
Are the people who walk down the street
Where has the brilliance gone?
Is it locked in the asylums and in the hospitals?
For I can’t seem to find a certain someone anymore
They’re all gone
The moon shine, the psychopaths
It’s all been overcome by the sun
The darkness is not as dark as it once was
And the light is a dull, motel room lamp
For without the brilliance
Without the madness
This world is a canvas
With no artist.
