My Words
I regret not telling you the way I, truly feel.
My mean words like daggers pierce your heart
Your love for me, I steal
I wish I would have thought it through thoroughly
And told you how I actually felt,
And not let my words come out in a hurry
I truly, truly love you, which contradicts what I said
But the vicious words “I HATE YOU”
Came out of my mouth instead
I really, really want you to know
And believe it through and through
That I truly and always will,
LOVE YOU!
