True Colors
Are you black?
Are you white?
Will you always stand
and heartily fight
for those who need you?
Am I racist if i fly
a proud southern flag?
Even if I help any
black man dressed in rags
Race is a color
but now so much more
It can lead to mourners
knocking on your door
I know who I am
Race is just a color
and the fight's just a sham
and race is but a cover.
And one thing's for sure
my color is true
racism has a cure
If we all stand Red, White, and Blue.
