All I Want is Respect
They tease,
they taunt,
they play jokes,
when I'm the target.
They call me names,
geek,
weird,
different,
when none are the same.
They take advantage of me,
of my kindness,
and generosity.
Then they leave me,
to wither away.
They pretend,
to be my friend,
and I trusted them so.
They left me,
sad,
alone,
depressed.
They push,
pull,
bully,
and hate.
They go against,
my wishes and wants,
When all I want is respect.
