Blue is the sky,
an infinite amount of space
holding the world together.
Blue is the sea,
the lakes, the ponds,
the water that keeps us alive.
Blue is the sadness,
the tears that run
down our cheeks.
Blues is the genre
of the ultimate venting
mechanism.
Blue is refreshing,
the symbol of a clean slate,
the hue of comfort.
Blue is the color,
whether it be bright, sky or
navy.
That brings us together.
